Principles of reflective meditation
In this course we will explore together what meditation means to you and what works for you. We will aim to learn about different ways of being ‘meditative’ and how to slot in naturally into your life and possibly into nature too! We would explore practices based on movement, senses, thoughts, and emotions. Classes include exploratory exercises and guided meditations.
Duration
It’s generally 10 weeks long and about an hour a week in commitment.
